- Whether You Need a Consultant
- Maximizing the Chances for a Successful Process and Plan
- Successful Implementation of Your Plan
About our Presenter:

Bill Corwin brings more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership and consulting experience to his work at Mission Velocity, a consulting firm dedicated to helping nonprofits accelerate and grow their impact. Before founding Mission Velocity in 2017, Bill was the Vice President of U.S. Programs for Save the Children, overseeing domestic programming for over 300,000 children annually. Prior to that, he led a major organizational transition at Clarke Schools, growing new core programs and substantially diversifying Clarke’s revenue streams.
During the past two decades Bill has advised and led a wide range of nonprofits on strategic planning, program development, change management, and leadership development. His experiences in strategic planning as a board member, a staff leader, and a consultant have given him a breadth of knowledge about how to help a wide range of nonprofits to determine the specific type of process that is best for them, and maximize the chances for creating a successful new plan or updating an existing one.
