COSA & United Way of Hampshire County have teamed up to offer Interrupting Racism workshops to COSA member agencies on the following dates: Level III, a three-part workshop held April 20, 22, and 27 from 8:30am-12:30pm each day. This training examines policies and practices that are promoters and inhibitors of racial equity in employment including hiring practices, job titles, HR policy barriers, accountability, strategic planning and workplace culture .
