Position Summary
Genesis Spiritual Life & Conference Center seeks solution-oriented professional to fill a full-time Program and Marketing Manager position. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with the Program Advisory Committee. The Program and Marketing Manager seamlessly shepherds program development from inception through scheduling, promotion, delivery, and evaluation to meet the mission and budget goals. The ideal candidate is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and follow-through. Sensitivity to the retreat center environment and familiarity with Genesis’ history and mission are a plus.
