Chronic Pain Self-Management:
For adults who live with chronic pain and their caregivers, this workshop teaches about practical skills to manage pain, fatigue, and poor sleep, including the mind/body connection, distraction and relaxation techniques, appropriate exercise, pacing activity and rest, goal-setting, problem solving, and more.
