19th Annual Mental Health and Wellness Fair

For nearly 20 years, the members of the Green River House in Greenfield and Quabbin House in Orange have pooled resources to organize and host one of Franklin County’s most impactful awareness events, the annual Mental Health & Wellness Fair.
The annual fair takes place each May during Mental Health Awareness Month. It is designed to educate the public about mental health challenges, provide access to nearby resources, and serve as a community-building event.
This year’s theme, “Be Kind to Your Mind,” underscores the role self-care plays in the recovery process.
While the 19th annual event will be forced online due to COVID-19 pandemic precautions, CSO and its Clubhouse membership remain committed.
While CSO’s clubhouse staff and membership will host a two-hour 11 a.m. Zoom event on Wednesday, May 19, their main effort will be sharing facts about mental health (and encouraging community members help re-share those facts) via social media the entire workweek of May 17–21.
Northampton-based Webber & Grinnell Insurance and Greenfield-based Bath Fitter are sponsoring the online effort.
